Property Description

The apartments are situated on the ground floor and the first floor of an attractive villa with a large terraces and balconies. They are all nicely furnished with well-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with shower or bathtub and WC, TV SAT, a parking lot in front of the house and barbecue in the garden.

APARTMENT - RUSTICO (2+1 people) ***

An apartment about 42 m2 big, situated on the ground floor next to the garden, consisting of one room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa (can open into a double bed), a dining room, well equipped kitchen (electric and gas hotplates, oven, fridge, dish-washer, coffee appliance), TV SAT, air conditioning, bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

Living/dining room doors open onto a covered terrace that features wooden furniture set, the long draperies made of indoor fabric give the loggia a room like quality.

APARTMENT A4 II. – SUNNY (2+2 persons)***

An apartment situated on the first floor, above the garden, 65 m2 big consisting of two double rooms, a dining room with well equipped kitchen (electric and gas hotplates, oven, fridge, dish-washer, coffee appliance) TV SAT, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC.

The apartment has a large private balcony, on the south - western side of the house. Our guests usually have breakfast on this balcony with a wooden furniture set.

APARTMENT (4+1 persons)

The largest apartment about 80 m2 big is consisting of two rooms, both with double beds, in one of them we can add a single bed, a large living room with a sofa (can open into a bed), kitchen with dining area (electric and gas hotplates, oven, fridge, coffee appliance), TV SAT, air conditioning, bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The apartment has two private balconies, one on the western side of the house with exit from the living room and the other on the eastern side, in front of a bedroom. Our guests usually have breakfast on the balcony with a wooden furniture set and view on the Garden.

 

STUDIO APARTMENT (2 persons)

An apartment situated on the ground floor, about 30m2 big consisting of one double room, a kitchenette (electric hotplates, fridge, coffee appliance, shower/WC, exit on the terrace with a furniture set.

 

APARTMENT A2 NAUTICO (2 persons)

An apartment situated on the ground floor, about 35m2 big consisting of one double room with a separate well equipped kitchen (electric and gas hotplates, fridge, dish-washer, coffee appliance), dinning area, bathroom with shower and WC, TV SAT, large private terrace with a furniture set.
