Area description
A newly built private house offers apartments and studios ideal for holidays and the sea is only 200m away. The house is situated on the border between Crikvenica and Selce. It offers accomodation in 2 apartments and 2 studios .
Each apartment provides accomodation for 2+2 persons and includes a sleeping room, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a big corridor ( or a foyer) and a balcony which commands a magnificent view of the sea, the island Krk and the panoramas of Crikvenica and Selce.
The apartments are newly equipped and nicely furnished, and each one has a TV with satellite channels and a coffee machine. On the ground-floor of the house there are 2 studios, and each of them provides accomodation for 2+1 person . They also have a TV and a coffeemachine. The studio includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and in front of the studio there is a great terrace with a view of the sea. The house has its own parking-area so you can keep your metal-pets under control. We shall gladly put up your pets, too. At about cca 200m from the house there are a minimarket, a restaurant, tennis courts, beaches.
